angela's all smiles after those lovely chicken minis!

ralph, regina, and ange headed back home thursday am after breakfast. we were sad to see them go.

matt probably got to see them all of about 3 hrs the whole time they were here. he has been having to put in some long hours, so keep him in your prayers. tonight was the first night in 2 weeks that he was home before 10:00. he is enjoying playing his bass and his drum machine as i type this. i'm glad he's finally getting to chill a little. yesterday morning, i didn't even wake him up to go to church, but around 2:00pm, i figured i had better wake him up! hahaha! poor thing! he didn't get in until 1:00am the night before. and the past several nights had been that way. so he was due for a good rest!!!! haha! these next couple of months will be a little rough getting the store up and running, but hopefully, he'll get back to a normal schedule after that.
thursday afternoon, i went out to the store to see if christine and hunter wanted to get out of chicken-land for a bit and run some errands. someone had already rescued hunter and taken him home, but christine was still there and was more than happy to accompany me on my errand running. we were on a hunt for some stands for the brownie signs to go on the front counter. after searching 1/2 a dozen stores, we finally found something that would work at staples! YAY! i needed to come home and get the house ready for that evening because barb, mom and kaylee were coming to visit, so christine fed scout for me while i vacuumed and did some laundry. she was a great help! thanks, girl! :)

that evening, as we waited for barb, mom, and kaylee, scout chowed down on a teething biscuit for the first time. oh my word, what a MESS!! but boy, did she have a good time! HAHAHA!
